  How do I place my order?
Orders can be placed via our secure web site, as well as over the phone.

Via Internet Secure Website:
Simply select the items and quantities you would like to purchase. You will be prompted to add them to your cart. You may register and save this information in your cart for up to 5 days. When you are ready to order simply select the check out option. You will be prompted to enter your billing information, as well as payment information. When the process is complete you will receive a confirmation.

Via Telephone:
Simply select all item descriptions you are interested in. Then callus at 631-421-2286. Our customer service representatives will be happy to walk you thru the ordering process.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via the internet thru our secure server.

Business & Personal Checks as well as Money Orders are accepted via US Mail.

Shipping information:
All orders placed using credit card payment will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. We ship via UPS ground, and arrival times vary based on your physical location. Typically items arrive in 1-5 business days after processing. We do offer express shipping by calling our us at 631-421-2286. We do not accept international orders.

Out of Stock Items:
Should an item become backordered or out of stock, you will be notified via telephone as well as e-mail. You will have to option to wait for the item to become available, select a different item, or receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Returned items:
In the rare event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to either exchange your order, or process a full refund minus shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee. (Pease note that all personalized items are not returnable items). All returns must be authorized by our customer service associates within 5 days of shipment receipt. You can obtain authorization via e-mail or by calling one of our representatives at 631-421-2286. All items must be returned in their original packaging, as well as unused.


Sales Tax:
All states are exempt from sales tax with the exception of New York. New York residents will automatically be charged upon checkout the rate of 8.625%.
